A Journey Built on Resilience and Purpose
Nataliya was born in Ukraine and came to the United States as a child when her family fled the KGB regime seeking asylum. They began their new life in a small town along the Puget Sound in Washington State, where Nataliya learned the values of perseverance, hard work, and gratitude—principles that continue to guide her legal career.
She later married the love of her life and moved to Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina, where she built a life filled with new opportunities, challenges, and purpose. Each step of her journey shaped her into a strong, committed attorney who is dedicated to improving the lives of those she serves.

While raising four teenage daughters and managing a growing property management company, Nataliya earned her Juris Doctor from the Charleston School of Law.

She began her career by growing an investor portfolio from zero to more than 56 properties in just three years, coordinating acquisitions, renovations, management, and sales along the way. In 2013, she founded Family Owned Property Management, ultimately managing over 500 military and investor properties across the Lowcountry.
Her experience as both a landlord and a tenant gives her unmatched, balanced perspective. She understands the operational pressures landlords face each day—late rents, property damage, vendor issues, compliance challenges, and risk management. This allows her to deliver legal strategies that are practical, realistic, and aligned with real-world property management needs.
That balance extends beyond her practice. Each year, Nataliya voluntarily takes on up to 10 pro bono tenant cases, helping individuals who may not otherwise have access to legal representation.
