With more than two decades of experience in property management and business ownership, Nataliya has managed over 1,000 rental properties and helped investors grow successful portfolios. Her practical experience allows her to deliver legal guidance rooted in real-world understanding, ensuring solutions are actionable and effective.
Emily Matejka – Legal Assistant
Emily joined Matejka Law as a legal assistant after graduating from homeschool at just 16 years old. She is currently pursuing her degree in the medical field, exploring where her calling fits best within healthcare — drawn, above all, to the work of easing burdens and bringing comfort to others.
That same heart shapes how Emily shows up at the firm. Clients and colleagues alike feel it the moment she walks into a room: a steady warmth, a quick smile, and a genuine care for the people behind every file. Whether she is greeting a client on a difficult day, supporting the attorneys behind the scenes, or simply lifting the spirit of the office, Emily brings a calm and joyful presence to everything she touches.

Caitlin Matejka – Office Manager
Caitlin serves as the Office Manager at Matejka Law, where she keeps the firm running smoothly and makes sure every client’s file moves forward with care and attention. She has been developing her business instincts since she was little — working side by side with her mom and learning the ins and outs of running a company long before most people have their first job.
Today, Caitlin is putting that foundation to work while pursuing her accounting degree at Lander University, sharpening the financial and organizational skills she brings to the firm every day. Clients benefit from her steady follow-through, her attention to detail, and her genuine commitment to making sure nothing slips through the cracks.
Outside the office, Caitlin loves being outdoors with family and friends — usually with her best companion, Baxter the Bichpoo, somewhere close behind.
